Warm-Up | Clean & Jerk Prep:Start with kettlebell swings and strict presses to fire up your shoulders and hips. Progress through muscle cleans, tall cleans, and squat cleans to dial in your barbell mechanics. Finish with jerk-focused drills to perfect your overhead stability.
Workout 1 | Clean & Jerk Progression:Work through two rounds of Clean & Jerks at increasing percentages. Focus on smooth, explosive lifts while managing your rest intervals to maintain power.
Fitness Workout | Grit Test: Rounds of lateral burpees over dumbbells paired with heavy farmer’s carries. This combination will push your cardio threshold and grip strength. The rest between rounds is your chance to reset and hit each round hard!

1️⃣ Warm-Up Tips:
Drive your hips through on KB swings for explosive power.
Focus on strict form with KB presses to prime your shoulders.
As you move into barbell work, maintain good posture during tall cleans and stay aggressive through the squat cleans.
Jerk drills should be controlled—focus on foot positioning and locking out overhead.
2️⃣ Workout 1 Strategy:
The first round is about dialing in form at moderate weights. The second round increases the challenge with an additional 5%, so stay sharp!
Use the rests wisely—quickly recover your breath and reset your focus.
Ensure each lift is powerful but controlled. The rest will feel short, so pace yourself to stay consistent.
3️⃣ Fitness Workout Approach:
Keep your burpee pace steady but aggressive. Use a rhythm that challenges you but doesn’t burn you out early.
For the farmer’s carry, select a weight that feels heavy but manageable—grip strength will be tested!
Use the rest to shake out your arms, reset your breathing, and prepare mentally for the next round. Aim to stay consistent across all rounds.
